Cancelled / Rescheduled Events
The following is a list of events which have been cancelled or rescheduled. If you have purchased tickets for one of these events, please read the instructions listed immediately below your event for refund information. Purchases made with a credit card will only be refunded back to the card used to make the purchase. Purchases made with cash will be refunded by check. Please allow 7 to 10 business days from the date of processing for the credit to appear on your card. Checks will arrive within 3 weeks of the date of processing.

Be sure to send your original tickets. Refunds will not be issued for copies of tickets. Please fill out and include the Refund Form with your tickets. Be sure to include your name, address and phone number. You should also make a copy of your tickets before mailing them in for your records.
MegaFest 2010 *CANCELLED*
May 15th, 2010, Allen Event Center, Allen, Texas
- All tickets purchased by phone, internet or at an outlet with a credit or debit card have automatically been refunded back to the card used for the purchase. Depending on your banking partner, this could take up to a week for them to process.
- Tickets purchased at the Allen Event Center Box Office with cash can obtain a refund by returning to the Box Office with their tickets.
- Tickets purchased at a GetTix.NET outlet with cash must submit a refund request via mail to GetTix.NET. When requestion a refund by mail, send your tickets to:
