How much is your system/services?

There are four main criteria that go into our business model calculations:

  1. Equipment needed
  2. Projected Tickets sold through our system
  3. Level of support
  4. Length of contract

Is your system secure/PCI compliant?

Yes.  We do not host anything that contains credit cards or that can has bulk access to credit card information.

Can we use your system to sell tickets in our box office?

Yes.  All you need is a computer with an Internet connection and a printer to print the tickets.

Can we use our own box office system and just use GetTix.NET for Internet ticket sales?

Yes.  You can use any combination of our services to sell your event tickets.

Does your system offer security levels by user?

Yes.  GetTix.NET incorporates a role-based security system giving users the necessary permission to perform their job.

Is your system easy to learn for box office sellers?

Yes.  Typically it takes a new box office sales rep less than 5 minutes to learn the system.   

Does your system support ticket scanning at the event?

Yes.  Handheld scanners may be used to scan tickets at the door and allows you to keep better track of sales with valuable real time reporting.

We do not have the manpower to handle phone orders.  Can GetTix.NET help?

Yes.  GetTix.NET has a call center that has both U.S. and Canada toll free phone numbers.

During an online purchase will the consumer have the ability to select their own seats for a reserved seating event?

Yes.  GetTix.NET offers a quick and easy buying experience with our graphical section by section view of the seat inventory.  Our system can also sell General Admission events.

Can we indicate what methods of ticket delivery are available to the customer during their online purchase?

Yes.  You may choose to offer your customer a variety of delivery options such as print at home, pick up at will call, mail, expedited delivery etc.  You have the ability to set the fees associated with each delivery method when setting up the offers.

Can the consumer print their tickets at home after purchasing tickets online?

Yes.  Our free print at home feature is popular amongst our clients.

How will I keep track of ticket sales?

Reports and analysis applications are scalable to meet your needs.  All transactions and reports are real-time that can be accessed from any computer connected to the internet.

What kind of equipment will I need?

GetTix.NET will provide you with all the necessary hardware needed to run an efficient box office or event(s).  We will handle the installation, configuration and upkeep of the application.   Touch screen technology is available at an additional cost.

Can your system sell season and package sales?

Yes.  Our system was built with team sales in mind.  We can handle advanced “pick-a-plan” or fixed packages.  Our system has an easy to use renewal process that consumers can access online.

Can we use your system to process group sales?

Yes.  Our technology allows you to easily manage group inventory from start to finish.  Manager reports are simple and easy.

Can your system accept discounts or promotional codes?

Yes.  Our system allows you to use wide variety of discounts and promotions by creating exclusive offers that can be emailed directly to the target group or can be exposed to the general public and restricted by promotion codes.

Can your system sell parking passes or other add on products like VIP upgrades or food vouchers?

Yes.   We can add options for customers to purchase additional products during their buying process.

Can I e-mail customers through your system?

Yes.  Our system allows you to e-mail directly from the system or download into Excel at anytime.
