Delivery Methods
There are several possible methods of delivery for tickets purchased through GetTix.Net. These can vary depending on the venue as well as the event date and time. The available options will be presented during the purchase process. This will determine how and when you receive your tickets.
How can I receive my tickets?
At GetTix.Net our goal is for you to obtain your tickets quickly and securely. We recommend Premium Shipping for virtually all circumstances. You can also select standard US Mail or pick up your "will-call" tickets at the venue. Below is a complete list of all delivery methods.
Standard Mail - This option is only available if your order is placed at least 10 days before the event and is not available for all shows. Tickets will arrive within 48 hours of the event. Delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Will-Call - Tickets being purchased with a virtual credit card CANNOT be set for will-call. Tickets set for will-call can be collected at the door of your event on the night of the show. You must bring your ID, the credit card you used to purchase your tickets, and your customer/confirmation number in order to pick up your tickets. Only the credit card holder can pick up the tickets.
FedEx - There are 2 FedEx delivery options to choose from: Standard Overnight (delivered by 3:00 pm in most areas) and 2-Day (delivered by 7:00 pm in 2 business days in most areas). FedEx shipments are processed Monday through Friday only. FedEx shipments are scheduled for delivery Monday through Friday only (no Saturday or Sunday delivery). FedEx orders made before 12:00pm will be shipped that same day, Monday through Friday. FedEx orders made after 12:00pm will be shipped on the next business day. FedEx cannot ship to a Post Office Box. No FedEx shipments are permitted outside the continental US. Your signature is required upon delivery.
Print-At-Home (PAH) - This option is the most convenient but only available at specific locations. If you select this option you will receive your tickets in your email box as a PDF attachment. Simply print your tickets and bring them with you to the show. You will receive 2 emails: one confirming your order and another containing your print-at-home tickets as an attachment. Be sure to turn off any spam blocker programs and add help@gettix.net to your address book in order to receive your tickets. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print your tickets. Bring these printed ticket pages with you to the venue. Please note, you will have one page per ticket/seat. Please use white or off-white paper with black ink only. I haven’t received my tickets yet, what should I do?
If you haven't recieved your tickets within 48 hours of the event please call a GetTix.Net representative at 1-866-443-8849. Phone hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00am - 9:00pm (Central Time) and Saturday and Sunday 9:00am - 5:00pm (Central Time)
Additional Notes
Please make sure the mailing address on your GetTix.Net account is accurate in order to avoid tickets being returned by the US Postal Service or by Federal Express.
General Admission tickets that are not received / lost in mail
will not be replaced. For this reason, we recommend Premium Shipping for all General Admission ticket purchases.
