How do I purchase tickets online?
You can purchase tickets over the phone, at an outlet - or online. When you purchase online, you’re offered exactly the same seating as is available through other sales channels. Purchasing online is convenient and simple, just follow the five steps below.
Steps to Purchase Tickets
Select your event and click on the "Purchase" button
(If there is more than one show date and/or time, you may be prompted to select one.)
Enter the quantity of tickets you want & click on your price level or Best Available
Double check your order (event, date, time, location, price) & select a delivery method
Enter your login and credit card information and submit your order
Receive your confirmation email
Real Time Ticketing
Your transaction will happen "live" via a link to our live ticketing system. To ensure we are able to provide all customers with the same opportunity to purchase great seats, in real time, you will have exactly six minutes to complete your transaction. Complete your details in the "Purchase" process as quickly as possible as your seats are not guaranteed until you Submit your order.
How do I browse events?
On the main page of our website you will notice that we have our events broken down by region or state. You can click on events below each state name or you can click the state for a complete list of events in that state. You may also browse tickets by show type such as concerts, sports, theatre, and family events. You can also go to the venue event listing by selecting Venues, then choosing your region, then choosing your desired venue and clicking on event list.
How do I search for an event?
Search for events using the Ticket Search feature bar along the top of GetTix.Net:
Enter the event name or keyword in the Event field & click Go OR
Enter the venue name in the Venue field & click Go OR
Enter the name of the city where the event will be taking place in the City box & click Go
Know exactly what you’re looking for?
Enter the event name in the Event box at the top of our main page and click Go. When the results come up, be sure to select the correct event location, date, and time.
Are These The Best Tickets Available?
Yes. The tickets offered to you are the best available at the time of your booking. Events are built on the system to "peel off" in order of the best tickets first. Therefore do not try to go back and forth trying to secure better tickets as this will result in retrieving the next best available seats.
Click On The "Purchase" button
Once you have found the event you are looking for, double check the event location, date, and time, and then click the big blue Purchase button.
As a new member, you will need to enter your address and credit card information to complete your ticket purchase. Please make sure you enter your billing address correctly! This is the address that your credit card company has on file - the address where your credit card statements are mailed. If necessary, you might want to find one of your credit card statements to make sure your address is accurate. Rest assured that your credit card information processed on our website is secure.
Confirm your ticket purchase by reading the "Terms and Conditions" policy document and then clicking on the "I agree" button. If you do not wish to continue with the purchase select "Cancel" instead. Remember that
All Sales are Final. There are no returns or exchanges. Always double check your purchase, event, location, date, time, etc.
Having successfully completed your purchase, you’ll receive confirmation of your transaction through the Confirmation page. Please write down these details including your customer/confirmation number or print the page out for your reference. Your confirmation details will also be e-mailed to you.
If you’ve selected will-call to pick up your tickets from the venue box office, you will be asked to present a photo ID matching the name on the account as well as the credit card you used to purchase your tickets and your customer/confirmation number.
