Terms and Conditions
The following Purchase Policies are designed to ensure your understanding of, and satisfaction with, the purchase process on GetTix.Net.

By purchasing tickets or merchandise through GetTix.Net, you are agreeing to be bound by these policies. These purchase policies may change at any time, and such changes shall be effective upon posting. By using this site you agree to be bound by such changes when they take place.

Purchase Policies:
GetTix.Net sells tickets and merchandise on behalf of venues, promoters, artists and teams. GetTix.Net acts only as agent for these Sellers, and is not responsible for any claims or representations made by Seller. Seller reserves all rights to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and/or events, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity.

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges unless a show has been cancelled or rescheduled. Tickets and merchandise purchased through GetTix.Net are subject to a non-refundable per-ticket or per-item service charge. Purchases are also subject to a non-refundable per-order handling charge. In the case of an event cancellation, GetTix.Net shall use reasonable efforts to ensure you receive a prompt refund of the face value of your purchase. In the case of an event cancellation, please contact us for information regarding receiving your refund. If an event is modified, moved or rescheduled, the Seller reserves the right to set refund limitations. When a refund is available, it will be processed back to the card used to purchase the tickets only. Please contact us for more information.

Tickets sold via GetTix.Net are also generally available through many distribution points, including venue box offices, remote outlets, and GetTix.Net charge-by-phone. All GetTix.Net-controlled distribution points access the same ticket system and ticket inventory simultaneously; as such, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. From time to time, additional tickets may be available for an event through distribution points not controlled by GetTix.Net. Please check the individual event or venue page for more information regarding ticket availability.

GetTix.Net is not responsible for any tickets purchased through outside ticketing agencies.

GetTix.Net accepts the following forms of payment: MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover.

The right of event admission is reserved, and subject to the Seller and/or Venue's terms of admission (i.e. minimum age requirements, surcharges for minors, etc.) Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance. Please refer to the event page or venue page for specific information. Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way, or are not purchased through authorized points of sale. Entry may also be refused if tickets are lost or stolen. The rights are reserved to broadcast or telecast any event. The use of cameras, audio and video recorders may be prohibited. Please refer to the event or venue page for more information.

Before finalizing your purchase, please carefully review your event and seating selection. Policies set forth by our Sellers, including venues, teams and promoters, expressly prohibit GetTix.Net from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased, or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.

To protect against fraud and unauthorized use of your credit card, please note that the credit card holder's name must be the same as that of the My GetTix.Net member.

Tickets set up for mail delivery will arrive within 48 hours of the event. Please note that tickets will be mailed to the mailing address on the account set up to purchase the tickets. An incorrect billing address or credit card account information can delay processing and delivery. When possible, tickets lost in the mail will be set up for Will Call pick up only; they cannot be re-mailed. Please contact us if you have not received your tickets within the time frame posted above.

Tickets purchased with a virtual credit card CANNOT be set for Will Call.

If your tickets are being held for pick-up at the venue on the night of the show, please note that the tickets will only be released to the name on the GetTix.Net account used to purchase said tickets. A photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets must be presented for tickets to be released. The account number of the order is also required. In most cases, these tickets will be available no earlier than one hour prior to the scheduled start of the event.
